It would be helpful to have a box indicating minor and the parent names within the contact information. In addition, it would be helpful to use the parent's phone # instead of the minor. Since we can only enter the phone # once, we must use a 2nd number for the child and then have to try to remember who the parents are if we need to call for any reason. Thank you!
