I really hate the subject line and body of some of the auto-generated emails. I don't mind that there are emails that will automatically send, for example when someone is added to a subscription, but I do not appreciate some of the language in some of those emails and would prefer to be able to make changes. Telling a trial who is only visiting my gym for 4 weeks that this is a copy of their "membership agreement" is misleading and has people frantically emailing me back asking questions that they don't need to be bothered asking. Adding into the body of that email information about pricing and automatic renewal status when they've prepaid a flat fee via another platform for a fixed-term trial leads to further frantic questions. Not allowing me to edit that is a severe oversight and frankly, I believe, makes my location look less professional or upscale, not to mention the time we waste answering questions people shouldn't even have to think about.
